Reinaldo Jimenez
Founder, President & CEO
Reinaldo Jimenez is the founder, majority shareholder, President and CEO of Jimenez Realty Inc., a full-service real estate brokerage, investment, asset-management and advisory firm. Over more than three decades, he has led real estate transactions exceeding $500 million and overseen portfolios serving more than 300 residential and commercial tenants.
Known for identifying undervalued opportunities, Reinaldo has assembled and repositioned residential and commercial portfolios, improving assets both physically and economically. He is also a co-founder of Plaza 8 Associates, a real estate holding company focused on senior housing, where he has served as lead negotiator and acquisition director since 2004.
A licensed Florida real estate broker, Reinaldo’s professional affiliations have included the Board of Realtors, Latin Builders Association, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and Industrial Association of Dade County.

Alexia Marie Jimenez is a licensed Florida real estate professional and Commercial Associate with Jimenez Realty Inc. She graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Business and Public Administration.
Her professional background includes commercial real estate, industrial condominium association management, bookkeeping and financial administration. She also brings experience in residential property sales, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of real estate operations, client service and transaction management.
